HOW SILICON VALLEY TECH COMPANIES ATTRACT AND RETAIN TECH TALENT

 

SPEAKER: Jeff Butler

ABSTRACT: In this program, I will go into how tech companies attract, manage and retain the young tech talent in the workforce. Topics such as the three phases of recruiting top tech talent- attention, interest, commitment. What are the best practices of management and retaining employees who are impatient and unmotivated. Lastly, tactical strategies for managing remote teams. In addition, for the students who are attending I will pull the curtain back on what it takes to get hired at some of the top tech companies in the world.
