Invited participants please submit a one-page position paper or a short position statement (1 paragraph - 1 page) by 4/15/2016 via electronic submission to transks@uci.edu using (Times New Roman) 12-point type and single line spacing. All papers (statements) should be in Adobe portable document format (PDF). They will be compiled to create workshop proceedings.
